Students (6th-12th)

Coastal Students exists for the students of the "coastal bend" area, and for the families of those students, challenging all who are involved to be life-long followers of Jesus Christ.  In a typical year with Coastal Students, you could go to summer camp, be involved in our annual MPact discipleship weekend, have a ton of fun, meet other students who are pursuing Christ, and maybe even be involved in local or international mission opportunities.

Coastal Students events are designed for current 6th - 12th grade students, so if that applies to you or someone in your family, we hope to meet you soon via one of the connection points listed below.

CONNECTION POINTS

  • Mid-week gathering

Following our local school schedule, we gather most Wednesdays from 7:00 - 8:30pm for a mid-week student church event called Declaration. 6th - 12th grade students gather to invest in/work on 3 things - our relationship with *Christ, meaningful *Community, and our involvement in the Great *Commission.

Declaration Student Church events regularly involve things like Bible study/teaching, worship, recreation, food, creativity, fellowship, fun, and much more.

(Since Hurricane Harvey, our students have been without a regular place to meet.  Please call the church office during business hours to find out the next student gathering location and time.)

  • Text Updates

Text "@declarsc" to 81010 to subscribe to the Coastal Students text stream. We utilize text messaging through the Remind app for things like periodic event publication & registration, deadline advertising, and general encouragement.  If you sign up and decided it's not for you, unsubscribing is fast and easy.
